MoEYS in Cambodia have release the Directive Letter of Measure Prohibiting the Unusable Activities in Valentine's Day at Public and Private School as below:

1- must announce to all student about the meaning of Valentine's Day

2- must strengthen the internal discipline; especially the attendant 

3- must push the activities of "Friend Educate Friend"

4- should closely contact with their parent or relative in order to gain and provide information about the unusable activities !
