Royal Decree of Director of (GDCE) General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia

On September 29, 2014, His Majority Norodom Sihakmoni has signed the Royal Decree of positioning the Director of GDCE (General Department of Customs and Excise Cambodia. This Royal Decree nominated the H.E Kun Nhem instead of H.E Pen Simon.
